FAQs: Download Firmware for Encoder/Codec

How can we access the page of download firmware?

It's only visible for our registered users. The reason why you are unable to access the page to download the firmware is likely because EXVIST Cares requires users to register and log in before you can access certain resources, such as firmware downloads. In order to access the download page, you may need to create an account on the Help Center and log in with your credentials. Alternatively, if you believe you should have access but are experiencing issues, you may want to reach out to the our support team for further assistance.

How can we determine which firmware version we should download?

Will be gradually discontinued. If you prefer this series, it's acceptable for customization.
