How can we access the page of download firmware?

It's only visible for our registered users. The reason why you are unable to access the page to download the firmware is likely because EXVIST Cares requires users to register and log in before you can access certain resources, such as firmware downloads. In order to access the download page, you may need to create an account on the Help Center and log in with your credentials. Alternatively, if you believe you should have access but are experiencing issues, you may want to reach out to the our support team for further assistance.

NOTES: As a registered user in the Help Center instead of our official website, you will be able to access and download firmware, submit tickets for technical support, and leave comments or questions regarding any issues you may encounter.

How can we determine which firmware version we should download?

ENCODER SERIES

Encoder Series	Related Models	Remark
GK72 MS7 Encoder Series	ON-DMI-16E, ON-DMI-16EW, ON-DMI-16EP, ON-DMI-16EM, ON-BNC-16EM, ON-DMI-16EC. The serial numbers were started with GKE2023.	The serial numbers will be started with HDMI16E, or CVBS16E (CVBS Encoder);
GK72 MS7 Encoder Pro Series	ON-DMI-16D, ON-DMI-16DW, ON-DMI-16DP, ON-DMI-16DS, ON-DMI-16DWS	The serial numbers will be started with HDMI16D later;
GK72 MS7 VGA Encoder Pro Series	ON-VGA-16EP	The serial numbers will be started with VGA16E (VGA Encoder) later;
GK72 SDI Encoder Series	ON-SDI-16EM	The serial numbers will be started with 3GSDI16E (SDI Encoder) later;
GK72 TP9 AHD Encoder Series	ON-AHD-16EM	The serial numbers will be started with AHD16E later;
MC30 ITE Encoder Series	ON-DMI-30B, ON-DMI-30BW, ON-DMI-30BP, ON-DMI-30D, ON-DMI-30DW, ON-DMI-16DM(Decoder)	The serial numbers will be started with HDMI30B later;
SS52 MS7 Encoder Series	ON-DMI-52B, ON-DMI-52BW, ON-DMI-52BP, ON-DMI-52D, ON-DMI-52DW.	The serial numbers will be started with HDMI52B later;
GK72 ITE Encoder Series	ON-DMI-16E, ON-DMI-16EW, ON-DMI-16EP, ON-DMI-16EM. The serial numbers were started with GKE2022 or GTE2024.	Will be gradually discontinued. If you prefer this series, it's acceptable for customization.
