Troubleshooting

Q: I enabled Mobile P2P but cannot find the QR code?

A: The QR code is located in Configuration -> Basic Settings -> P2P. Ensure you have saved the settings after enabling P2P in General Settings.

Q: Can I change the Device Name after initial setup?

A: Yes, the Device Name can be modified at any time. The new name will update across the web interface, AView app, and system logs.

Q: Does disabling Mobile P2P affect local access?

A: No. Disabling P2P only affects remote access via the AView app. Local access through the same network (via web browser or client software) remains unaffected.
Idea
When managing multiple cameras, use a consistent naming convention (e.g., [Location]_[Floor]_[Area]). This makes it much easier to identify cameras in the AView app and NVR systems.
