Why is there no preview in the Image Settings Page on my HDMI encoder?
If you can't see a preview in the image settings page on your HDMI encoder, it's likely due to using an outdated firmware version. Here’s how to address the issue:
1. Firmware Version:
- Check the firmware version of your HDMI encoder.
- Older firmware may lack the feature to preview images directly in the image settings page.
2. Upgrade Firmware:

3. New Hardware Support:
- All new hardware models come pre-installed with the latest firmware that supports image previews in the settings page.
After upgrading, you should be able to preview images directly in the settings page without any issues.

Why is there still Gray showing on my screen even after customizing Image Settings on my HDMI encoder?

- The performance of the primary chip significantly influences how colors and image adjustments are processed.
- While you can fine-tune image parameters using the Custom settings for brightness, saturation, sharpness, and contrast, the gray tones might persist due to hardware limitations inherent in the chip.
- This limitation is not specific to your adjustments but rather a characteristic of the device’s design.
For the best results, experiment with different Image Styles (Standard, Bright, Vivid, Gentle, Custom) and settings to minimize the gray effect as much as possible. However, complete removal of this effect might not be achievable.
