To make it easier for users to quickly evaluate 4G module applications, EXVIST has introduced the 4G LTE USB dongle evaluation kit. This product utilizes the LCC module patch method and incorporates essential power circuitry and a SIM card socket. It communicates via the USB 2.0 protocol and has been designed with practicality and ease of evaluation in mind.The back of the adapter board features a Mirco SIM card socket, while the front houses the 4G module. When users design their own application motherboards, this versatile component can be directly plugged into the motherboard using the USB connection, with fixed holes ensuring stability. 
With a single USB 2.0 connector, users can easily install it within industrial machines, advertising displays, vending machines, camera modules, and more. The USB 2.0 connector shown in the image can also be substituted with a 4PIN PH2.0 or 4PIN PH2.54 connector for added flexibility.

NOTE: Our device uses a standard micro SIM card slot that requires a push mechanism. It operates at a voltage of 3.3V for TTL and is powered by USB 5V. Please ensure to carefully observe the correct orientation when inserting the SIM card.

LED Real-Time Display

The LED_WWAN# signal is directly derived from the 4G module. On the industrial 4G LTE USB dongle, there is a single LED indicator, designated as LED1, which is specifically designed to display the operational status of the modems. For a more detailed explanation of the LED indicator's functionality, please consult the data manual of the 4G module.
