WiFi of Codec

Configure WiFi

  1. Go to Setting-->Network-->WiFi-->Double Click Trusted SSID 
  2. Enter correct password to SSID and Click “Save” 
  3. Refresh and Link Status will be shown “Connected” below which means it’s already connected to WiFi. If disconnected, please try it again or check whether MAC address of this encoder is in the whitelist of your router.

🧙TIPS:
  1. SSID name, which is the network name for a wireless network, should only contain numbers and English letters. If non-standard characters or symbols are used, it may lead to connection issues.
  2. Additionally, the encoder needs to be rebooted by unplugging the Ethernet cable and powering it off. This suggests that the encoder requires a full reboot in order to properly activate the WiFi functionality.
