FAQs: Auto Reboot

Why is there no tab Auto Reboot in our codec?

The absence of an "Auto Reboot" tab in an encoder's settings may be due to a few reasons:
  1. Software Version: It's possible that the "Auto Reboot" feature is not available in the current software version installed on the encoder. In this case, upgrading the software to a newer version might introduce the "Auto Reboot" functionality.
If the "Auto Reboot" feature is required for the encoder, it's advisable to check the documentation or contact EXVIST or technical support for guidance on how to proceed.

For more information, refer to Upgrade Firmware.
