How to Upgrade IPC Firmware Using Device Manager: Step-by-Step Guide | Network Camera

Upgrade

  1. Go to Configuration->System->Upgrade
This menu allows the user to upgrade the camera’s firmware. Below is a screenshot of the Upgrade screen:

NOTES

  1. There is model number notifications automatically, please make sure you have the right firmware before you start the upgrade process.
  2. To search the PC for the firmware file, click the Browse button. Click Upgrade button to start the upgrade process once the firmware is selected.
  3. When upgrading the camera’s firmware, do not disconnect the connection or power from the camera.
