How to Configure VoIP on IP Cameras: Voice Integration for Video Monitoring | Network Camera

  1. Go to Configuration->Network->VoIP
VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. This technology is used to transmit the IP video and voice between the VoIP server and the cameras. Below is a snapshot of VoIP tab.

Explanation

  1. Enable: This dropdown box allows the user to enable VoIP functionality. 
  2. Authentication: This dropdown box allow the user to enable VoIP authentication. 
  3. Server address: This field allows the user to fill out the VoIP server address. 
  4. Port: This field allows the user to fill out the VoIP server port. 
  5. Call ID: This field allows the user to fill out the camera call ID number registered. 
  6. Username: This field allows the user to fill out the username in the VoIP system. 
  7. Password: This field allows the user to fill out the password in the VoIP system. 
  8. Stream type: This dropdown box allows the user to select the stream type in the VoIP system. 
  9. Max. call duration: This field allows the user to fill out the VoIP call maximum duration time. 
  10. Restore Default: Restore the values to default setting. 
  11. Refresh: Refresh the display of the settings’ value. 
  12. Save: Save the settings.
