Setting Up PPPoE on IPC Cameras: Network Configuration Guide

PPPoE

  1. Go to Configuration->Network->PPPoE
PPPoE stands for Point-to-Point protocol over Ethernet. This feature allows the user to configure PPPoE connections. Below is a screenshot of the PPPoE screen.

Explanation

To enable PPPoE, click the enable checkbox, and fill in the username and password fields, then click Save.
  1. Connection status: PPPoE connection status: connected or not connected. 
  2. IP address: The IP address the camera obtained. 
  3. Restore Default: Restore the values to default setting. 
  4. Refresh: Refresh the display of the settings’ value. 
  5. Save: Save the settings.
