We're excited to introduce the EXVIST 4G/5G module evaluation kit, crafted to simplify and expedite the assessment of 4G/5G M.2 modules for our users. Our kit seamlessly integrates the common M.2(NGFF) interface with USB 3.0 downward compatibility, along with essential features such as power supply circuitry and a SIM card slot to streamline the evaluation process.
The adapter is designed to be compatible with 5G modules from several leading brands, such as Quectel RM500Q, RM500U-CN, SIMCOM, HUAWEI, LONGSUN, and more. It features an NGFF (M.2) interface card with a USB3.0 bus, ensuring versatile compatibility. Additionally, it has been thoroughly tested through USB3.0 to guarantee reliability. Built with industrial-grade circuits, our product utilizes a specialized DC-DC power supply chip, delivering a robust 3.5A synchronous current. This design ensures continuous and dependable operation even in challenging environments. We've addressed power consumption concerns, particularly when utilizing 5G modules in areas with unstable or weak mobile signals. By employing a sophisticated DC-DC power supply chip, we've effectively replaced conventional LDO chips to meet the increased power supply needs of 5G modules, preventing potential disconnections.
In addition to supporting 5G modules, this adapter also caters to Quectel 4G modules such as EM05, EM06, and others employing the M.2 interface. With USB3.0 interface protocol support, it also offers USB2.0 communication. To clarify, our product's NGFF (M.2) interface is defined as supporting a USB3.0 signal and 4.0V voltage, ensuring seamless compatibility. Users should note that the working voltage of the 4G/5G module ranges from 3.3V to 4.2V.
Ultimately, this adapter represents a reliable and adaptable solution, purpose-built to address the unique challenges of 5G modules, ensuring consistent and efficient performance in diverse operational environments.
