FAQs: Transmission Mode of 4K Extender
Why is there image lagged or offline when transmitting the video from 1x transmitter to 5x receivers?
In this case, it's strongly recommended to enable Multicast for both transmitter and receiver. Please follow below steps:
- Connect the transmitter and receiver to your PC via Ethernet cable directly;
- Respectively access the transmitter and receiver from browser (default IP: 192.168.1.166 for Transmitter, 192.168.1.167 for Receiver)
- Go to System config->Multicast config->Check the checkbox of Enable->Click "SET UP"(please make sure it's all set successfully for both transmitter and receiver;
- Then check whether it works properly.
