Pairing Methods for 1080P Extender

Pairing Instructions for 1080P Extender

1-to-1 Mode (1x Transmitter and 1x Receiver)

1. Connect the Signal Source to the Transmitter

  1. Insert the HDMI signal source into the HDMI IN port on the transmitter(TX).
  2. Important: Ensure the signal source is connected; otherwise, the device will not respond, and the RUN indicator will not flash.

2. Power On and Connect the Devices

  1. Power on both the transmitter(TX) and receiver(RX).
  2. Use an Ethernet cable to directly connect the transmitter and receiver via their RJ45 ports.
  3. Wait for the RUN indicators on both devices to flash simultaneously, indicating successful pairing.

3. Switch to Wireless Connection

  1. Disconnect the Ethernet cable.
  2. The devices will automatically switch to a wireless connection.
  3. Wait approximately 35 seconds for the video to appear on the display.

1-to-More Mode (1x Transmitter and Multiple Receivers)

1. Pair Additional Receivers

  1. Follow the 1-to-1 Mode instructions to pair each receiver to the transmitter one by one.
  2. Ensure all receivers are powered on and only one receiver is connected to the transmitter at a time via Ethernet cable.

2. Switch to Wireless Transmission

  1. After pairing all receivers, unplug the Ethernet cable.
  2. The system will switch to wireless transmission for all receivers, and video will appear within approximately 35 seconds.

Additional Notes

  1. Default Pairing: By default, the transmitter and receiver are already paired.
  2. Re-Pairing or Adding New Receivers: If the devices are restored to factory settings or additional receivers are added, follow the above pairing instructions for 1-to-more mode to re-establish the connection.
