How can we utilize UART transmit for transparent communication with a mini encoder board?

Upgrade the specified kernel which can be downloaded from KNGK_V0.00.221008_UartTransmit and download the specific test tool from Transparent Transmission by Serial Port Tool Package. Then follow below instructions:
  1. The board by defaults is TTL level, the RX of the encoding board is connected to the TX of the peripheral, and the TX of the encoding board is connected to the RX of the peripheral.
