FAQs: Dahua's NVR with Encoder

How to connnect this encoder to Dahua's NVR?

First, make sure the encoder and NVR are on the same network segment. Then follow these steps to add the device:
  1. Right-click the mouse and select [Remote Device] from the menu.
  2. Click [Search Devices], and the system will automatically scan for nearby devices.
  3. Check the IP address of the encoder you wish to add.
  4. Click [Add] to complete the device addition.
After completing these steps, you will see the following interface: the device status will turn green, indicating it is connected, and the video image will appear on the screen.

Finally, right-click and select Exit Add Device to close the current window and proceed with other operations.

This will successfully add the encoder to the Dahua's NVR, and you can continue with subsequent configurations and tasks.
