What's Uart Transmit?

UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) transmit, often abbreviated as UART TX, refers to the function within a microcontroller or other integrated circuit that is responsible for transmitting data over a UART serial communication interface.

This "transparent transmit" mode is commonly used when the UART interface is being used to directly transfer raw data from one device to another, such as in the case of wireless communication, data logging, or control systems. It allows for the efficient and straightforward transmission of data without any interference or interpretation by the UART module.

Currently it's only available for EXVIST mini HDMI encoder with specific firmware. If required, please contact our sales or support for further information.

Transparent Transmission

  1. Go to Setting->System->Uart Transmit
Info
NOTE: It's ONLY available for mini HDMI video encoder without mini HDMI loopout. But for other version, currently there's no related serial port for transparent transmission. OEM/ODM will be acceptable accordingly.
