EXVIST Encoder & Decoder

What's HDMI encoder?

An HDMI encoder is a device that takes an HDMI input signal and converts it into a digital format that is suitable for transmission over a network. This process usually involves compressing the video and audio signals to reduce their size, making them more efficient for streaming or storage. HDMI encoders are commonly used in applications such as live streaming, video conferencing, remote monitoring, and digital signage, where the real-time encoding of high-definition video content is required. They enable the seamless transmission of HDMI signals over IP networks, allowing for easy distribution and display of content across various devices.

What's HDMI decoder?

An HDMI decoder is a device that receives a compressed digital signal from a network and then decodes it back into an HDMI output signal for display on a monitor, TV, or other compatible display device. This is commonly used in scenarios where video content has been encoded into a digital format for network transmission and needs to be decoded and displayed at the receiving end. HDMI decoders are used in video streaming, digital signage, video conferencing, and other applications where efficient transmission and display of high-quality video content is required.
