How to view live video in ODM?

Normally, you'll need to enter the username and password in the top left corner of the ONVIF Device Manager, as ONVIF authentication is enabled by default in the codec (under Settings -> Security -> ONVIF). Once the correct username and password are entered, the video stream should become visible in the ONVIF Device Manager.
